Professor LIN Jin is a Mingtao-named professor and tenured associate professor in Department of Electrical Engineering,Tsinghua University. He received his bachelor's degree in 2007 and his Ph.D. in 2012, both from Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University. During his Ph.D. studies, he visited Risoe National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy in Denmark and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in the United States.
Professor LIN has long been engaged in the research and development of key equipment and operational control of green hydrogen and ammonia systems. He has achieved theoretical and technological results, especially in the efficient and flexible operation of electrolysis-based hydrogen production equipment and the safe and economic dispatch of integrated hydrogen and ammonia systems. He has been awarded National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize and the Ministry of Education Natural Science First Prize. He has also been honored as a Young Yangtze Scholar by the Ministry of Education and a Beijing Science and Technology Rising Star.
